IEDC 2024 Annual Conference

I developed branding and marketing for the conference, including social media, email marketing, video promotion, and grassroots marketing. I hired a local designer in Denver and developed the conference logo and brand guide.

I increased conference engagement through Whova, an event app that fosters networking and engagement. I managed various experiences on the app, including creating and updating the conference program, speakers, bios, attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors. I also coordinated competitions and giveaways for conference participants on the app.

In preparation for the event, I managed webinars for various stakeholders, including speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, and staff. I collaborated with vendors to produce stage design, marketing collateral, and sponsorship materials. While on-site, I managed audio and visual during sessions, working in coordination with an external A/V team, hotel staff, and IEDC staff.
